Another video appears about some bright light seen over Williamsburg in Brooklyn on September 29, 2013.
This time my friend T.P and his wife S.H were the witnesses.There have been numerous sightings in this area since 2008.

  Here is a short part of the sighting.

Witnesses reported seeing a similar bright light spinning over Williamsburg several times .
